  • As the energy to operate our factory, natural gas replaces petroleum fully.

  • We select a person in charge of waste management in order for strict waste control.

2. SOCIAL

Our Mission

  • As a family-friendly enterprise, we put organizational members’ happiness enhancement in the top priority.

  • With our principle of gender equality, we prohibit any discrimination of organization members in terms of career and gender.

  • We have compassion on poor neighbors in community and socially-vulnerable children in the world and take care of them with love.

How?

  • Compliance with work hours, Work protection of pregnant women (maternity leave, flexible work system), and annual regular education about bullying and sexual harrassment at work

  • We separately allocate and manage a budget for organizational members’ assets and welfare improvement (labor welfare fund).

  • We conduct a regular survey on satisfaction with work in order to manage organizational members’ happiness in numbers annually, and discuss unsatisfactory matters with all members in order to solve them.

  • Our employment and promotion are based on gender equality. We put stress on people’s personality of giving good influence on neighbors and their abilities regardless of age and education levels.

  • As a principle, the executives to be elected and maintained shall be ethical persons who serve neighbors most and give good influence.

How?

  • We transparently open management performance to all employees in regular meeting every month in order to induce all employes’ participation in management.

  • The elected executives shall write down the memorandum to comply with laws and ethics, and shall have infinite responsibility in case of violation.

  • Executives are promoted by members’ secrete vote. In such a bottom-up system, rather than a top-down system, our board of directors is fairly and reasonably organized by all.
